• Cottage water is from the lake, please DO NOT drink it, you must purchase your own drinking water. 

• Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottages or on the porch! You may smoke outside and place butts in an appropriate container not in the gardens or lawn. 

• Please use candles responsibly.

• Garbage removal is Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please do not leave garbage on porches as it encourages animals to tear screens. Leave garbage inside or place in barrels. Bag all garbage before placing it in barrels. Any colour bag will do. 

• Please put recycling in appropriate bins provided. Leave beside road for pick up upon check-out. 

• Please leave fish remains in freezer until garbage day so we do not attract unwanted animals. Please do not clean fish inside cottage.  

• Each cottage has access to one side of dock. 

• No boats or seadoos at the beach. This is for swimming only. 

• No cars parked at the cottages except to load and unload Saturdays only, please do not leave them there during your stay, please use parking lot provided. 

• Please leave cottages neat for the next tenant. Vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies are supplied. Do not vacuum porch if wet.  

• No pets allowed. 

• Regular rate for cottages apply for six people. Please be aware there may be an additional charge for extra guests. No house trailers or tents please. 

• Before leaving please return all games, furniture, chairs, kitchen items etc. to their original location in the correct cottage. 

• Make sure your rental boat is off the property by check-out time.

• Please turn off the lights etc. When not in use.

• Please adhere to signs and stay off private property located adjacent to cottages.
